Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized files.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing incoming correspondence.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve workflow.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling various administrative tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office or receptionist role is preferred.
- Familiarity with dental or medical receptionist duties is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and other computer applications for office management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
