We’re looking for an energetic and reliable barista with open availability to join our team! The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, enjoys creating a welcoming environment, and can deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and other beverages to company standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including bar, tables, and condiment areas.
- Handle cash, credit, and POS transactions accurately.
- Restock supplies, rotate inventory, and assist with daily opening and closing duties.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support teammates to keep operations smooth and efficient.
- Qualifications:
- Open availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior barista or customer service experience preferred (training provided).
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Friendly attitude and team-player mindset.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.15 - $18.15 per hour
