Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers, both in-person and over the phone
- Manage and process shipping & receiving parts using the order management system
- Utilize system to track inventory and manage parts information
- Collaborate with dealership personnel to ensure accurate and timely parts delivery
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing and terms
- Assist with inventory management, including conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations
- Coordinate logistics for parts shipments and deliveries
- Provide support to the service department by sourcing and ordering necessary parts
- Collaborate with repair technicians to ensure availability of required parts
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the powersports or automotive industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of parts processes and mechanical equipment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
- Familiarity with dealership operations and supplier management
- Knowledge of parts and repair terminology is a plus
- Proficiency in logistics coordination for efficient parts delivery
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
