Leak Doctor is looking for an Plumbing Laborer to join our team. A successful laborer must have sufficient knowledge of concrete and plumbing systems. They are patient individuals that enjoy problem-solving and are able to work efficiently with great attention to detail. They are looking to build a career not a job. The goal is to locate and repair leaks found in plumbing water systems.
Responsibilities:
- Concrete Removal: Use jackhammers and demolition tools to break up existing slabs or walkways to expose underground plumbing.
- Concrete Restoration: Expertly pour and finish concrete patches to match existing surfaces after plumbing repairs are completed.
- Plumbing Support: Assist with trenching, pipe laying, and basic plumbing assembly under supervision.
- Site Restoration: Ensure the work area is backfilled, leveled, and cleaned to professional standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and education to customers in regard to their issues.
- Maintain a clean work truck and leave customer's homes better than when you arrived.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in concrete removal and restoration.
- Basic skills and understanding of plumbing systems.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
- Valid FL driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to complete laborious physical tasks
- Must be able to pass a third-party drug and background check
