Overview
Modern PURAIR Atlanta North is hiring an Indoor Air Quality Technician / Air Duct Cleaning Specialist to join our team.
We help homeowners and businesses breathe cleaner air through professional air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, indoor air quality testing, and related solutions. This is a hands-on, customer-facing field service role for someone who is reliable, professional, mechanically inclined, and motivated to grow with a new local business.
No prior air duct cleaning experience is required. We provide paid training for the right candidate. Experience in HVAC, home services, construction, restoration, carpet cleaning, pest control, plumbing, electrical, or other field service work is helpful but not required.
What You’ll Do
- Arrive on time, prepared, and professional at customer homes and job sites
- Perform air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and related indoor air quality services
- Use company equipment, training, procedures, and safety standards
- Protect customer homes and property during service
- Inspect and identify common indoor air quality issues
- Explain findings clearly and professionally to customers
- Present options and pricing transparently
- Recommend solutions honestly and without pressure
- Take before-and-after photos and complete job documentation
- Collect payment when required
- Help create a 5-star customer experience
- Work independently in the field while staying aligned with the team

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean and safe driving habits
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment
- Comfortable occasionally using ladders
- Comfortable working in residential and light commercial environments
- Professional appearance and communication
Nice to Have, But Not Required
- HVAC experience
- Air duct cleaning experience
- Dryer vent cleaning experience
- Home services, construction, restoration, pest control, carpet cleaning, plumbing, electrical, or other field service experience
- Experience with basic hand tools
- NADCA certification
Compensation and Growth
Pay for this role is expected to be $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience, reliability, customer service skills, and performance.
The role includes a strong hourly base rate plus bonus opportunities tied to punctuality, professionalism, customer experience, reviews, and indoor air quality solutions.
Additional earning opportunities may include:
- Daily punctuality / performance bonus

Strong performers will have the opportunity to grow into higher-responsibility roles, including Lead Technician, with additional compensation, training responsibilities, and team leadership expectations.

- Field service role based out of Sandy Springs, serving customers across North Atlanta
