We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our Vending Operation Warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and inventory control, along with a commitment to maintaining safety standards and optimizing efficiency. This role is crucial for ensuring that our e-commerce operations run smoothly and that all materials are handled effectively.
Duties

Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.

Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accurate tracking and management of stock levels.

Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to improve productivity and accuracy.

Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards within the warehouse environment.

Manage materials handling procedures, including receiving, storing, and distribution of products.

Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices in warehouse operations and equipment use.

Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in a distribution center environment is a must.

Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and warehouse management systems.

Experience with OSHA regulations and safety compliance in a warehouse setting.

Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
