Electrical Estimator/Project Manager - Relocation Provided
Location: Newnan, GA
Salary: $100K-$140K base (salary depends on experience)
We are looking for an estimator/project manager to help deliver electrical construction projects for federal & government projects. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a compliance-driven, detail-intensive setting and takes pride in work that serves communities and government agencies.
What You'll Do

Develop accurate, compliant estimates for federal, state, and municipal electrical projects, including detailed takeoffs, vendor pricing, and proposal preparation.

Manage awarded projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring adherence to contract requirements, safety standards, and agency specifications.

Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and field teams to maintain progress and resolve technical challenges.

Oversee documentation such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, and quality-control records in accordance with government protocols.

Support projects involving medium and high-voltage distribution, airfield lighting, SCADA-integrated systems, water/wastewater electrical upgrades, and secure facility infrastructure.

Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, FAA, DoD, and other applicable federal standards.
What You Bring

Proven experience estimating and/or managing electrical construction projects, ideally within federal, municipal, or public-sector environments.

Strong understanding of government contracting, including specifications, submittal processes, and compliance requirements.

Ability to interpret complex electrical drawings, one-lines, and technical documentation.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
