We are seeking a skilled Server/Bartender/Front of House Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Duties:**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
-Take tables, serve, bus and clean.
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong math skills for handling payments and making change
- Familiarity with retail math concepts
- Experience in restaurants or the food industry is a plus
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Experience in banquet or fine dining settings is advantageous
- Knowledge of brewing techniques would be beneficial
