JOB OVERVIEW
The Breakfast Attendant is a guest service role supporting the daily operation of the Breakfast Buffet by effectively preparing and delivering food and beverages for buffet set-up and replenishment. This role provides prompt and courteous food and beverage service, meeting the resort’s customer service standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Requires frequent to prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Be friendly and receptive with a positive and accommodating attitude while interacting with guests.

Prepare breakfast menu items and set-up buffet before guest arrival.
- Display food and beverages in an organized and appealing manner.
- Frequently check the buffet and replenish food, beverages, and supplies as needed.

Prepare coffee and/or tea by established standards.

Remove and dispose of leftover food at the end of breakfast.
- Clean buffet area according to established standards.
- Ensure inventory is stocked and properly stored prior to the next day’s shift.

Keep daily and/or weekly records of foods used and consumed.

Keep inventory stocked, informing supervisor when additional food and/or supplies need ordered.

Relay customer feedback to Supervisor.

Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or General Manager.
EXPERIENCE:

Food service experience: 6-months (Preferred)

Customer service: 6-months (Preferred)
