Role Description
This is a part-time on-site Front Desk role responsible for a variety of duties including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, managing schedules, filing, and handling student inquiries. The Receptionist will maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service at all times. The Receptionist will also play a role in supporting the day-to-day activities of Newsongs School Of Music.
Qualifications
- Excellent Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus, must be able to train with our main software programs
- Previous experience in a music-related environment is a plus
Employment Type
Part-time - must be available 3 to 8 pm Monday - Friday
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
