You'll have a defined track to Partnership if you join this 30 person, boutique firm near Ronkonkoma.
You'll join as a Tax Accountant, but the Partners want to mentor and develop you into a future Manager and Partner (if you have ambitions to progress).
This is a true generalist position. Complex clients across a range of industries. Some international too. Experience in this area would help, but it's certainly not an essential requirement. Having your license is essential. And a track record of progression in a small to mid sized firm.
Industries include HNW individals, closely-held businesses, private equity and international clients.
