Eldercrest Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is a leading skilled nursing facility offering a warm, home-like atmosphere with 48 beds. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents and are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team.

Weekend Program Position Available
Saturday & Sunday
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM & 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Work 16 hours each weekend and earn an additional $4.00 per hour weekend shift differential!

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents while promoting their health and well-being.
- Supervise nursing assistants and coordinate daily nursing activities.
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Ability to perform the physical demands associated with nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
