About Us
Children’s Therapy Connections (CTC) is a pediatric multidisciplinary outpatient clinic offering ABA, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology services — all under one roof. Our clinicians don’t work in silos; they collaborate directly on shared cases, which means better outcomes for kids and a stronger support system for our team. We’re a neurodiversity-affirming, family-centered practice, and we’re growing.
The Role
We're looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. If you're passionate about providing meaningful, individualized care while working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design, implement, and oversee evidence-based ABA programming tailored to each child's unique strengths and needs.
- Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Collaborate with our OT, PT, and SLP teams on shared cases to provide truly integrated, whole-child care.
- Partner with families by providing caregiver education, coaching, and support to encourage carryover outside of therapy.
- Monitor client progress, analyze data, and make treatment modifications based on clinical outcomes.
- Maintain timely clinical documentation to support quality care and payer compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- Illinois licensure (or eligibility) as required.
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- A passion for family-centered, neurodiversity-affirming care and interdisciplinary teamwork.
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience.
- Manageable caseloads—we've invested in operational systems so you can focus on clinical care, not administrative overload.
- A true multidisciplinary team environment with regular collaboration across ABA, OT, PT, and SLP.
- A hands-on, accessible leadership team that values clinician input and professional growth.
