HVAC Sales Hunter – Residential & Commercial
We are hiring an experienced HVAC sales hunter to drive new business across residential and commercial accounts.
What you’ll do:
- Prospect and close new HVAC service, install, and maintenance contracts
- Build a pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to signed contract
- Partner with operations to ensure smooth handoff and customer satisfaction
What we need:
- 3+ years of HVAC sales experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Proven track record of hunting new business, not just managing existing accounts
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and applications
- Self-starter who thrives on quota and commission
