Heart of the House Hospitality is looking for an experienced Hotel Housekeeping Supervisors (Bilingual English/Spanish) to join our Detroit team!
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll lead and support our housekeepers ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
You’ll oversee daily housekeeping operations, guide and motivate team members, and help maintain a positive, team-oriented environment. Your leadership will play a key role in delivering outstanding guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations!

Housekeeping Supervisor Job Description
- Assign housekeepers rooms and/or common areas to be cleaned and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
- Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action.
- The ability to interpret all departmental policies, procedures, and standards established by the Director of Housekeeping
- Obtains list of rooms ready to be cleaned and list of prospective check-outs to prepare work assignments.
- Ensure floor storage areas and closets are kept in an orderly and clean fashion.
- Handle all lost and found items per procedure and documentation.
- The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of housekeeping supervisory or executive housekeeper experience required
- Spanish/English bilingual is preferred
- Must have own transportation
- Weekend availability required
