We are a growing matcha specialty shop offering high-quality drinks and desserts. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Baker to join our team and help us create fresh, delicious cakes for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, and other desserts according to recipes
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients with accuracy
- Operate baking equipment safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Monitor inventory and inform management when supplies need to be restocked
- Assist with product development and seasonal items when needed
Requirements
- Previous professional baking or pastry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Knowledge of basic baking techniques and food safety practices
- Ability to work early mornings or flexible hours
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
