About Alexander Chiropractic & Wellness
Alexander Chiropractic & Wellness (ACW) is a growing, multi-location chiropractic practice serving communities throughout Northern California. We are looking for an outgoing, motivated Community Outreach & Referral Coordinator to help build relationships within the communities we serve and introduce more people to ACW.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, networking, attending community events, and building professional relationships. Healthcare experience is not required — we are willing to train the right person.
What You'll Do
The Community Outreach & Referral Coordinator will represent Alexander Chiropractic & Wellness throughout the community and help develop relationships that generate new patient referrals.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify and coordinate opportunities for ACW to participate in local health fairs, wellness events, corporate events, and community programs
- Help schedule health talks, presentations, and educational events
- Visit local physicians, medical offices, attorneys, businesses, gyms, wellness providers, and other potential referral partners
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective referral sources
- Introduce ACW's services to businesses and organizations throughout the communities we serve
- Research new outreach, networking, and partnership opportunities
- Follow up with community contacts and referral partners
- Maintain an organized database of contacts, outreach efforts, and follow-up activities
- Track outreach activities and referral results
- Work with ACW leadership and individual offices to identify opportunities to grow patient referrals
- Represent ACW professionally at networking events, health fairs, and community events
- Travel locally to ACW offices and community locations as needed
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable introducing themselves to new people
- Confident speaking with physicians, attorneys, business owners, office managers, and community leaders
- Comfortable making phone calls, sending emails, and visiting businesses in person
- Organized and able to manage multiple contacts and follow-ups
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Professional and dependable
- Comfortable giving short presentations or speaking to groups
- Able to use basic computer programs and learn new systems
- Interested in healthcare, wellness, marketing, community outreach, or business development
No healthcare credentials or specific degree are required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing, community outreach, healthcare, hospitality, networking, or business development is a plus but not required.
Position Details
- Full-time position
- Hybrid position based out of Pleasanton, CA
- Combination of office/home-based work and community outreach
- Local travel throughout the areas served by ACW
- Mileage reimbursement for approved business travel
- Employee will maintain a mileage log for reimbursement
- Company laptop provided
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required
- Occasional attendance at community events outside regular business hours may be required
Compensation
$25–$28 per hour, depending on experience
