Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service. Operate the cash register accurately and handle cash transactions. Scan and bag items for customers. Process returns and exchanges efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Answer customer inquiries and provide product information. Upsell products and services to customers. Conduct product demonstrations as needed.
Required experience: Previous experience in convenience store sales.
Required skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual proficiency in [languages] is a plus. Ability to upsell and promote products effectively.
