QUALIFICATIONS: Pass appropriate classificaiton test per WV Code 18A-4-8E.
SUPERVISED BY: Director of Facilities, Principal
SALARY: Summer salary is according to daily rate per WV Code.
TERM: June 08, 2026 - August 6, 2025 as needed
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain physical appearance and cleanliness of interior and exterior of school grounds.

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned.

Make minor repairs to facilities and equipment.

Report deficiencies in cleanliness and safety of school facilities.

Maintain inventory and request necessary supplies as assigned.

Operate machinery necessary to maintain the appearance to school grounds.

Maintain positive work habits.

Perform duties efficiently and productively.

Maintain and/or upgrade skills.

Performs any and all other job related duties as assigned by the supervisor or the Superintendent
