Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, responsible, and dependable Overnight Resident Support Coordinator to provide evening oversight and overnight on-call support for residents.
This is an ideal position for someone who has a caring personality and wants affordable housing while making a meaningful difference in people's lives. Much of the overnight shift is quiet, with responsibilities focused on resident safety, availability for emergencies, and maintaining a calm household environment.
ScheduleActive Hours
Overnight On-Call
- 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Employee may sleep during overnight hours
- Must remain on-site and available if assistance is needed
ResponsibilitiesResident Support
- Greet and interact positively with residents
- Encourage a calm and respectful living environment
- Monitor resident well-being during evening hours
- Provide medication reminders when appropriate (no medication administration)
- Document notable incidents or concerns
Household Duties
- Light housekeeping of common areas
- Kitchen cleanup after dinner
- Secure doors and perform evening safety checks
- Assist with preparation for the following day
Emergency Response
- Respond to resident concerns during overnight hours
- Contact emergency services when necessary
- Notify management of significant incidents
- Follow established emergency procedures
Communication
- Maintain communication logs
- Coordinate with management regarding resident concerns
- Communicate professionally with family members, social workers, or service providers when directed
