Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their food orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha and Micros.
- Process cash transactions efficiently, handle cash register operations, and manage retail sales transactions with precision.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including fryers, grills, ovens, and food prep tools.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain a clean workspace by following sanitation protocols, food safety guidelines, and proper food handling procedures.
- Manage food service customer order flow smoothly while providing excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred.
- Culinary experience or background in food preparation is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash register operations accurately and efficiently.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
- Experience working in a retail or café setting with a focus on customer service excellence is advantageous.
