HRK is currently hiring experienced RN'S for PM shifts for contract in Plymouth, WI for LTC facility. Must be able to onboard fully within 3 days of accepting.
Contract Details-2 Openings
- Start date: 7/20/26
- Opening 1 - Pm shift 2p-1030p 40 hours per week E/0 weekend included- 13 week contract.
- Opening 2- PM shift 2p-1030p 32 hours per week every Fri Sat Sun and Mon 13 weeks
The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical assessment skills, references, and attendance record along with:
- Current RN license (state specific or compact)
- Current CPR: BLS- AHA or ARC required
- Physical exam- current
- 2 Step PPD / TB Screen- current
- Covid Vaccines
- Seasonal Flu Vaccine
