KOMO Machine, Inc. is a subsidiary of the well-known multi-national corporation PMC Global Inc., Sun Valley, CA. KOMO designs and manufactures high quality precision computer numerically controlled (CNC) routers and machining centers.
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this vital role, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for our company, providing exceptional support to our valued clients. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help foster positive relationships, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction. Whether assisting customers over the phone or via digital channels, your proactive approach will make a meaningful impact on our clients’ experience.
Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and live chat channels.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, and account details while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist customers with connecting them to technical support staff, preparing parts and/or service quotes, processing orders, and handling returns or complaints with patience and empathy.
- Engage in outbound calling campaigns to follow up on quotes, promote new offerings, or gather customer feedback.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry skills within our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of client service.
Requirements
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English is required along with additional languages preferred.
- Proven experience in customer support or call center roles
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently.
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general data entry accuracy.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices, including phone etiquette and active listening techniques.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
