Airbnb Turnover Cleaner (1099 Independent Contractor)
The Cleaning Company of NC (TCCNC) is hiring dependable, detail-oriented Airbnb Turnover Cleaners to join our growing team in the Charlotte, NC area.
We specialize exclusively in short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers, helping hosts provide exceptional five-star guest experiences. We are looking for cleaners who are reliable, communicate well, and take pride in delivering consistent, hotel-quality cleanings.
Compensation
Pay is per property, not hourly.
- $75–$135+ per property, depending on the size and complexity of the home.
- Consistent opportunities for additional properties as we continue to grow.
- Payments are issued every Friday for the previous week's completed work.
Paid Training
All new cleaners complete a 2-week paid training program before working independently.
- 2-hour training sessions
- $40 flat rate per training day ($20/hour)
- Training pay is issued on the regular Friday payroll following the week worked.
Responsibilities
- Complete Airbnb turnover cleanings between guest stays.
- Follow TCCNC's detailed cleaning checklists and hospitality standards.
- Make beds and stage each property to be guest-ready.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas to company standards.
- Inspect each property for damages, missing items, or maintenance concerns.
- Restock guest supplies as instructed.
- Take required before-and-after completion photos.
- Communicate promptly with the operations team throughout each cleaning.
- Ensure every property is ready for the next guest by the scheduled check-in time.
Qualifications
- Previous residential, hotel, vacation rental, or Airbnb cleaning experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Professional, dependable, and punctual.
- Must be authorized to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
