Scientific Sales and Outreach:
GT Resources is currently hiring for a variety of scientific sales and business outreach positions. These positions are ideal for a recent graduate who will be taught their roles while working alongside team members. These positions span duties such as account management, inbound request triage, and outbound prospecting. On a daily basis you will be:
- Engaging with scientists to learn more about their instrument and consumable needs via outbound telephone and email outreach.
- Learning how to have technical discussions around the research and laboratories of our customers.
- Actively working with team members to develop new strategies, coach and improve sales techniques, and work as a team to hit goals.
- We use a variety of sales tools and work with our clients to continue to evolve our strategies to better assist our customers.

Overview:
We are currently hiring for an open position in our office for the analytical chemistry and biotechnology markets. This is an entry level inside position and will be responsible for establishing and developing customer relationships. This is a perfect position for new graduates. Although we do not regularly visit customers in the field, travel to client locations in the US will be occasionally required.
We are interested in candidates who can draw upon their technical education.
Due to the technical nature of this position, a degree in chemistry, biology or related disciplines as knowledge in these fields are essential to establishing credibility with customers is highly preferred..
Skills/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related scientific field preferred, such as Chemistry, Biology or related discipline.
- Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Highly motivated, goal oriented and takes ownership of responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer tasks.
- Excellent verbal, written and phone communications skills.
- Must be a team player and support a collaborative environment.
Job Details:
