## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Coach and/or Assistant Coach to lead our team in providing exceptional coaching and guidance in various sports disciplines. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating and mentoring players in the game of softball and/or baseball.
We currently have teams from 10 year olds to 16 year olds. Opportunity to not only coach a team but to train players by doing private/ semi-private/group lessons, clinics and pop up training.
## Duties
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to individual and team needs
- Instruct and educate athletes in techniques, strategies, and rules of the sport
- Provide leadership and guidance during practices and games
- Monitor and evaluate athlete performance to identify areas for improvement
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment
- Liaison with organizational management regarding scheduling, equipment, and travel arrangements
-Work closely with our head of player development
-Run softball/baseball clinics
-Provide individual and group lessons
## Skills
- Strong background in softball coaching
- Experience working with students of all ages and skill levels
- Proficient in behavior management techniques to promote discipline and teamwork
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and feedback to athletes
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
