Job Summary
Reformed Church Home is seeking compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on a full-time, 3pm–11pm shift. As a 5-star rated facility, we are committed to providing exceptional care in a supportive, person-centered environment.
Schedule:
- Full-time, 3:00pm–11:00pm with shift differential
- Every other weekend rotation
- Some holidays and occasional overtime as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and supervise high-quality, resident-centered nursing care in collaboration with CNAs
- Administer medications and treatments, and evaluate their therapeutic effectiveness
- Accurately transcribe, document, and implement physician orders
- Maintain thorough documentation in nursing notes, care plans, incident reports, and shift reports
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and skilled nursing procedures as required
- Promote infection control, equipment safety, and compliance with facility protocols
- Collaborate with Unit Managers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
Requirements:
- Active New Jersey or multi-state RN license in good standing
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
