We specialize in solving complex plumbing and sewer problems that others can't diagnose. Our work includes smoke testing, sewer camera inspections, drain system investigations, odor source detection, and excavation-based repairs.

About Your Role:
We're seeking an experienced plumbing professional who can manage projects, oversee field operations, support estimating and job costing, and help recruit and develop skilled technicians and crew leaders.
Responsibilities
Manage sewer and plumbing diagnostic projects from initial inspection through repair completion.
Review smoke testing, video inspection, and field investigation reports.
Develop scopes of work and repair recommendations.
Prepare job costing and project budgets.
Coordinate excavation crews, plumbing technicians, and subcontractors.
Review daily field reports and project progress.
Assist in recruiting and hiring technicians, foremen, and laborers.
Conduct site visits to ensure quality and productivity.
Support scheduling and resource planning.
Ideal Background
5+ years in plumbing, sewer, drain, excavation, or utility construction.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Experience reviewing sewer camera inspections and field reports.
Understanding of excavation and underground utility work.
Experience with project management, estimating, or operations.
Leadership experience managing field personnel.
What You’ll Do:
The responsibility split for this position will be
60% project management
20% job costing and operations
20% recruiting and staffing
- Train and work closely to have new foreman/s as your second in command to run night crews that travel nationwide and ensure onsite quality and communicaitons.
- Visit job sites to check on quality, performance, and staffing needs
- Coordinate with management to plan crew schedules and project start dates
- Cost out time and materials based on daily field reports.
- Serve as a point of contact between the field and the office

Pay: $95,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
