Join Our Team as Marketing and Sales Director
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts. In this critical role, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, foster strong relationships within the community, and actively grow our patient census. You will collaborate closely with physicians, clinics, hospitals, assisted living facilities, hospice organizations, and home care providers to strengthen our referral network. Additionally, you will facilitate a smooth admissions process by gathering necessary information and completing required documentation for new residents transitioning from home, hospitals, or other facilities.

What You Bring
Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve or exceed occupancy and revenue targets for the Assisted Living and Independent Living (IL) communities
Elevate marketing execution
Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, pricing, and occupancy performance to identify growth opportunities
Do referral development, tours
Collaborate with Executive Directors, Sales Leaders, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align efforts with business goals
Lead strategic planning sessions
Utilize CRM tools and reporting to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and implement action plans
5-8 years marketing leadership experience
Required: Direct experience in CCRC communities with strong knowledge and experience
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred
