Gabriel Therapy Group is seeking a passionate and clinically independent Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our growing multidisciplinary team. We are looking for a clinician who is confident in the evaluation and treatment of a variety of pediatric diagnoses in the areas of upper extremities, fine motor, sensory integration, feeding/ADLs, and is excited about contributing to the growth of our occupational therapy department.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate pediatric clients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide engaging, evidence-based occupational therapy services
- Treat a variety of diagnoses including sensory processing challenges, feeding difficulties, developmental delays, and neurological conditions
- Collaborate with families, physicians, educators, and other therapy professionals
- Mentor student clinicians and/or occupational therapy assistants as appropriate
- Provide caregiver education and home programming
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
- Participate in department development, program creation, and community outreach initiatives
- Maintain compliance with all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Master's Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Florida Occupational Therapy license
- Minimum of 2 years pediatric experience preferred
- Experience with sensory integration, feeding intervention, and neurological diagnoses
- Strong clinical reasoning and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and lifelong learning
- Interest in mentorship, program development, and leadership growth
