Hemingford Care Center is currently seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team.

The Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor oversees the daily housekeeping operations of the facility and helps maintain cleanliness and infection control standards throughout the building.

Assist with interviewing, training, and coaching housekeeping staff

Support employee accountability and performance expectations as directed

Monitor housekeeping supply inventory and place orders as needed

Work alongside the housekeeping team to ensure daily tasks are completed properly and efficiently

Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff

Participate in facility leadership and department meetings

Ensure housekeeping practices align with facility policies and state regulations

Minimum of two years of commercial housekeeping experience preferred

Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required
