PayComplete is seeking a hands-on Production Technician to support testing, troubleshooting, and preparation of products within our production facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Test and prepare products per defined procedures
- Minor assembly or kittinng
- Inspect customer returns, perform fault analysis, and report quality issues
- Execute tests on new products, identify failure modes, and suggest improvements
- Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials
- Work with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues
- Submit support tickets as needed
- Perform light assembly and production support tasks
- Manage tasks independently and maintain documentation
- Any other reasonable request made by the Line Manager or ELT
Qualifications
- 1–3 years technician or related experience
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred or required depending on the site need
