What You’ll Do:
Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers during surgical procedures
Coordinate surgical equipment, supplies, and staff throughout operations
Ensure patient safety during the perioperative phase of care
Perform pre-op, intra-op, and post-op patient assessments and care planning
Maintain sterile technique and compliance with operating room safety standards
What You’ll Bring:
Active California RN license
Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
Minimum one year of operating room experience required
BLS certification required
CNOR and PALS certifications preferred
Strong critical thinking, teamwork, and surgical nursing skills
