Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
- Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and accurately
- Handle scheduling, calendar management, and appointment setting
- Insurance verification and treatment plan coordination. Knowledge of insurance verification, dental terminology, treatment planning and Eaglesoft software is preferred
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support office functions
- Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping
- Provide customer support by answering inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues with a friendly attitude
- Support administrative tasks including typing correspondence, managing office emails, and supporting personal assistant duties as needed
Qualifications
- Proven office experience or clerical experience demonstrating excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, Eaglesoft practice management software
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy
- Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist or in office management is advantageous
- Personal assistant experience or calendar management skills are beneficial for supporting team needs
