We are seeking an experienced groomer who is interested not only in delivering exceptional grooming services, but also in growing into a leadership role within our salon. During the first six months of employment, you will focus primarily on establishing yourself as a high-performing groomer while becoming familiar with our processes, standards, team, and clientele. At the end of this introductory period, your performance, reliability, professionalism, leadership skills, and ability to support day-to-day shop operations will be formally evaluated. Groomers who demonstrate consistent excellence and strong leadership potential may be offered a promotion to Grooming Manager.
