Duties
- Assist customers and technicians in selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories
- Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining accurate records using inventory management systems
- Process sales transactions efficiently through POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash, credit card payments, and cash handling procedures with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the service team to facilitate order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of parts for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to retail sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment by stocking shelves, managing automotive parts management tasks, and conducting regular inventory audits.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive repair or dealership environments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with experience in inventory management and retail math.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on client communication and phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, or automotive service will be considered an asset.
