We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Water Mitigation Technician/Field Supervisor, to join our dynamic restoration team. Duties
- Lead and oversee water damage restoration projects from start to finish, including flood and mold remediation efforts.
- Operate a variety of power tools, hand tools, and placing drying equipment.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and respiratory protection to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform cleaning tasks including debris removal and surface sanitation following industry standards.
- Manage company vehicle operation responsibly while adhering to all safety protocols during transportation and on-site activities.
- Coordinate with clients to communicate project progress and address any concerns with exceptional customer service skills.
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, photos, dry logs, and other restoration processes.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of water damage restoration techniques and flood remediation procedures.
- Ability to follow strict safety protocols including PPE use, respiratory protection, and industry-specific safety standards.
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Following the scope of work laid out by the project manager to a tee, while also moisture mapping and making sure there are no loose ends.
- Team player who helps move the job forward.
