Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Manage inventory control processes, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction to optimize food costs.
- Oversee POS systems such as order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
- Train, develop, and motivate staff through effective onboarding, ongoing training sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and health regulations to guarantee a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to uphold high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Conduct shift management duties including scheduling, supervising team members, and monitoring operational efficiency.
Skills
- Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management within casual dining or fine dining environments.
- Proficiency with POS systems

- Proven track record in restaurant management with supervising experience in fast food or quick service settings.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, food safety management, and food handling procedures.
