Overview
We are actively seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher & Assistant Teachers to join our vibrant early learning community. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early childhood development, literacy, math, physical education, and social skills.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active learning.
- Support children’s emotional well-being through positive behavior management strategies and individualized attention.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging lesson plans aligned with educational standards such as Montessori or other early childhood frameworks.
- Assist in classroom management by maintaining organized learning spaces and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Engage with children during activities such as toddler care, preschool lessons, and early intervention programs to support their developmental milestones.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress, behavior, and needs to promote a strong home-school connection.
Skills
- Experience in curriculum development tailored for early childhood settings.
- Strong working knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques.
- Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention strategies.
- Proven classroom management skills with the ability to foster a positive learning environment.
- Excellent communication skills for working with children, parents, and team members.
- Classroom experience in daycare or preschool environments; private school experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and tutoring methods for young learners.
- Ability to plan lessons that incorporate literacy education, math skills, physical activities, and Montessori methods if applicable.
