Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards - Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines in the kitchen - Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the food service - Follow dietary restrictions and special requests for meal preparation - Assist with catering events as needed Skills: - Strong cooking skills with experience as a line cook - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency with kitchen equipment, including knives and other tools - Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately - Strong communication and teamwork skills Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
