Homegrown Irrigation seeks a personable, self-motivated, and innately hard-working employee who has experience in irrigation repair and/or installation, or is willing to learn more about the irrigation industry. We are a small, family-owned business based in Grapevine with strong ties to our community. We value strong relationships with our customers, while delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing irrigation maintenance such as system inspections, adjustments, and seasonal start-up or shut-down procedures
- Perform repairs on irrigation equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity
- Assist in correcting irrigation system issues by diagnosing electrical faults, leaks, or equipment failures using system diagnostics tools
- Assist with the installation of new irrigation systems, including trenching, pipe fitting, and system setup using hand tools and power tools
Experience
- No prior professional experience required.
- MUST have a valid Texas driver’s license. If you do not fulfill this requirement, PLEASE do not apply.
- Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Willingness to learn about irrigation management practices and system repair techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills are valued for interacting with clients during project support or maintenance visits.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
