We are seeking a motivated Optometrist (OD) to join our growing practice in Toledo, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced doctors looking to practice full-scope optometry in a supportive, well-equipped environment. Very competitive pay and as an added incentive, we are offering a $20,000 sign-on bonus!
About Our Practice
Our office features a personable, team-oriented staff and a positive, collaborative work culture. We are currently expanding and will soon be relocating to a brand-new office space within a beautiful outdoor shopping and residential community — providing increased visibility and an expanding patient base.

- OCT

- Visual Fields
- Digital Refractor
- Fully equipped pre-testing instruments
Scope of Practice
- Full-scope optometry
- Specialty contact lens fittings
- Glaucoma management
- Diabetic eye care
- Comprehensive medical eye exams
Mentorship & Growth
The owner-OD provides mentorship for new graduates, including:
- Coding and billing training
- Clinical decision-making support
- Business and practice management education
