On-site English and Math Tutors
A Tree of Knowledge Educational Services is a tutoring company contracting to offer supplemental educational services and intervention to K-12 students.
We are currently seeking highly qualified K-8 Math and English tutors to commit to an onsite tutoring support program at two locations of a Sports Academy that offers independent study to up and coming athletes.
We will be offering support at a site near Lincoln Park, San Diego and another in El Cajon. We will be supporting Kinder-8th Grade students in a small group format. Two sessions per day will be offered, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm. A before-school and after-school option may become available in the near future. We are seeking experienced tutors to staff each session for a total of eight (8) positions. The program will be offered Monday through Thursday, starting August 17th.
Please note that the weekly total of hours is being offered is ten (10) to twelve (12) hours.
Minimum tutor requirements:
* Applicant must have prior tutoring/teaching experience
* Must be highly proficient in the subject matter
* Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check
* Must provide proof of a negative TB test
* Must submit to required training which will be compensated
