Overview
We’re a growing exterior construction company and need someone who can keep projects organized, communicate well with our crews and office staff, and make sure jobs are completed the right way.
This role is responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish and making sure everything runs smoothly for both our team and our customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage exterior construction projects from scheduling through completion
- Coordinate with crews, suppliers, and office staff
- Ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time
- Monitor job progress and make sure work is completed to company standards
- Communicate with homeowners throughout the project
- Address any job site issues and keep projects moving forward
- Keep the office updated on project status and timelines
- Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Experience in exterior construction (roofing, siding, gutters, etc.) preferred
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work well with crews and office staff
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
