Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality food items according to Wingstop standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of ingredients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to achieve perfect wing flavor and texture.
- Participate in training new team members on cooking techniques and safety protocols.
- Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any special requests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or fast-food environment preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
