Pay & Compensation
- Average weekly earnings: $1,300 -$1,600
- Stop pay: $15 per stop
- Safe & On-Time Bonus
- Detention pay
Home Time
- Home daily – local position
- 2 consecutive days off per week
- Day off combos: Mon/Tue, Tue/Wed, Wed/Thu, or Thu/Fri
Shift
- Loads depart between 3 PM – 9 PM
- Weekend work required
Route Info
- Delivering throughout Southern California out of Shafter DC
- Average 2–3 stops per day with backhaul back to DC
- No touch freight
- Slip seat operation
- New, well-maintained automatic transmission trucks (dry van & reefer)
- Truck parked at Shafter DC – personal vehicle needed for commute
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- 21+ years old
- Clean driving record (minor violations OK)
- No SAP or DUI history
Responsibilities
- Safely operate CDL-A truck
- Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate ELD electronic logs
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
