This position will be for cases in the Fredericksburg/King George area and center-based cases, Monday–Friday, 8:30–11:30 AM, 12:30–3:30 PM, and evening cases between the hours of 3:30–5:30 PM. Must be available for at least two evening shifts per week.
The Behavior Place LLC is growing! We are currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in both clinic and home settings for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or related disorders in and around Fredericksburg and King George, VA.
RBTs manage a caseload of clients seen primarily in their homes and work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Most clients are seen before or after school; however, there are opportunities to work during school hours and on weekends.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
The Behavior Technician will assist the supervisor with conducting assessments; collect data, including ABC data for FBA/BIPs; and provide input to assist the supervisor in developing goals and objectives based on evaluation and assessment results. The Behavior Technician will provide therapeutic services, including ABA, life skills, job skills, and social skills instruction in the home, school, and community. Ensure all documentation is accurate and timely. Complete thorough treatment notes immediately after each session. Graph client data.
Meet or exceed company goals as identified upon hire. Ensure clients are meeting or exceeding their goals, or contact the supervisor for assistance. Determine goal acquisition using objective data. Ensure services provided are consistent with the mission, vision, and core values of the company. Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions. Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:
- Experience working with children with special needs: 1 year
Required Certifications & Clearances:
- CPR certified (Adult and Child)
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to obtain Registered Behavior Technician credential
