Job Summary
We are a family-owned glass fabrication company looking for a motivated Entry-Level Production Machinery Maintenance Technician to help keep our production equipment operating safely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone mechanically inclined who wants to build a career in industrial maintenance. We are willing to train the right candidate!

What You'll Do
- Assist with preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
- Learn to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems under the guidance of an experienced technician.
- Perform routine inspections and identify equipment issues before they become major problems.
- Replace worn or damaged machine parts.
- Review maintenance logs and work orders (Limble CMMS software).
- Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
- Work closely with Owner, Plant Manager, Director of Operations and operators to ensure equipment reliability.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous maintenance, automotive, farm equipment, machine shop, construction, military, or technical school experience.
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
- Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude.
Preferred Requirements
- Technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance, electrical, HVAC, automotive technology, welding, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, motors, bearings, conveyors, or hydraulics.
- Forklift or scissor lift experience is a plus.
