Job Overview:
Build Serve Inc. is seeking experienced and skilled Carpenters of all trades and skill levels for various projects throughout Central Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and/or plumbing, HVAC, electric, flooring, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with construction plans
- Perform carpentry tasks, from frame to finish
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the construction management team to plan and execute projects efficiently.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions to ensure project completion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or related trades
- Strong understanding of construction principles and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of carpenters and other construction professionals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
