Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including record keeping, and handling confidential information with integrity.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage procurement processes for office supplies and project materials.
- Handle client communication with professionalism, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records; perform basic accounting and financial data entry.
- Manage payroll processing, human resources functions, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and spreadsheets to prepare reports, project updates, and financial summaries.
- Support event planning for project meetings or company events, coordinating logistics and vendor arrangements as needed.
- Oversee front desk operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management within a construction or related industry environment.
- Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with human resources functions including payroll processing and employee onboarding.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, spreadsheets, and office equipment such as multi-line phones.
- Prior experience handling confidential information with discretion; strong attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
- Proven Experience with Prevailing Wage law and reporting.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
